At the foot of the Santa Monica mountains, in one of Los Angeles’s most expensive neighborhoods is a mansion designed for the ultimate billionaire.
The fully furnished mansion at 924 Bel Air Road was designed and developed by real estate tycoon Bruce Makowsky. The sprawling 38,000-square-foot property is valued at $250 million and is likely the most expensive home ever listed for sale in the U.S.
It features two master suites, 10 VIP guest suites, 21 bathrooms, three gourmet kitchens and five bars. In addition to its internal square footage, the property boasts of an additional 17,000 square feet of entertainment decks and an 85-foot glass tile infinity swimming pool.
The list of amenities goes on to mention a massage studio and wellness spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, 40-seat 4K Dolby Atmos Theater and a four-lane bowling alley.
The property also comes with its own car and bike collection and a helicopter on its roof. With over 100 art installations spaced throughout the estate, its a place devoted to luxury.
The mansion, which took more than four years to complete by a crew of over 250 people will offer the inhabitants and their guests a 270-degree view of the mountains, ocean and the Los Angeles skyline in between.
